'Wolverine' gets a Gambit

GambitAccording to the lastest rumors, the new Wolverine origins film is getting another addition.  This comes on the heels of yesterday's leak that Ryan Reynolds is gonna play Deadpool.  That, I think, is casting briliance.  He seems made to play that role. This news, I'm not too sure about. It seems that Taylor Kitsch of Friday Night Lights (the TV version) has been cast as Gambit.  Now, I don't really watch his show so I'm not that familiar with his recent work but he was in The Covenant - and that wasn't terribly good. I guess we'll have to wait and see how this works out.

I guess I can kinda see it based on the picture, but Kitsch just doesn't strike me as being able to pull of the whole "Cajun" thing Gambit's got going on.  Oh well.
